PLEASE READ THIS RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING PRODUCTS, DIGITAL MATERIALS, SERVICES, COURSES, WORKSHOPS, WEBINARS, EVENTS, PRIVATE INTENSIVES, CUSTOM PROJECTS, OR OTHER OFFERINGS FROM A&P CREATIVE, INC.

This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy explains when returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, cancellations, and rescheduling requests may be accepted by A&P Creative, Inc.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through https://aandpcreative.com/, our official store, or another official A&P Creative, Inc. sales channel, unless a different written policy applies.

This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the A&P Creative, Inc. Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, booking a service, registering for an event, downloading materials, requesting a quote, purchasing a product, or otherwise engaging with A&P Creative, Inc., you agree to this policy.

A&P Creative, Inc., together with its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, collaborators, co-hosts, affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities, licensors, agents, representatives, and associated team members, is referred to in this policy as “A&P Creative,” “A&P Creative, Inc.,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

“You,” “your,” “customer,” “client,” “participant,” “registrant,” or “purchaser” means any person, business, organization, entity, customer, client, participant, registrant, or purchaser who places an order, books a service, registers for an event, downloads materials, requests a quote, purchases a product, or otherwise engages with A&P Creative, Inc.

1. General Policy

A&P Creative, Inc. sells a combination of physical products, digital products, educational materials, workshops, courses, webinars, private intensives, consultations, custom quoted projects, service packages, and other business or creative offerings.

Because these offerings differ in nature, return and refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, the condition of the item, whether access has been granted, whether work has begun, whether the service has been scheduled or provided, whether the item is custom or made-to-order, whether the item was purchased through a third-party platform, and whether a specific written policy applies to the purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, all sales are final once access is granted, materials are delivered, a digital product is made available, a service is scheduled, preparation begins, work begins, resources are reserved, a custom project is initiated, or the applicable course, workshop, webinar, event, consultation, private intensive, service package, or access period begins.

A&P Creative, Inc. reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, condition, modify, or refuse any return, refund, exchange, credit, cancellation, or rescheduling request to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Physical Products Eligible for Return

Certain unused, unopened, non-custom physical products may be eligible for return within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, subject to the requirements in this policy.

Eligible physical products may include, where applicable:

Empowering business journals.
Printed planners.
Non-custom notebooks.
Non-custom books.
Non-custom physical merchandise.
Other physical products expressly marked as returnable at the time of purchase.

To be eligible for return, all of the following must apply:

The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unopened where applicable, and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, inserts, accessories, and included materials.
The item must not be custom, personalized, made-to-order, final sale, digital, downloadable, used, damaged after delivery, altered, incomplete, or excluded under this policy.
You must provide proof of purchase from A&P Creative, Inc. or an approved official sales channel.
You must obtain written return authorization before shipping the item back.

A&P Creative, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

3. Items and Offerings Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved in writing by A&P Creative, Inc., the following are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or credit:

Digital downloads.
PDFs.
Templates.
Prompt kits.
AI-assisted materials.
Digital workbooks.
Digital planners.
Digital journals.
Downloadable content.
Courses.
Course materials.
Webinars.
Workshop registrations.
Event registrations.
Private intensives.
Consultations.
Strategy sessions.
Service packages.
Custom quoted projects.
Deposits.
Retainers.
Setup fees.
Strategy fees.
Project fees.
Recordings.
Replay access.
Membership access.
Subscription access already billed.
Gift cards.
Promotional items.
Free gifts.
Discounted final sale items.
Items marked final sale.
Personalized products.
Custom products.
Made-to-order products.
Print-on-demand items.
Opened, used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, or incomplete items.
Items returned without authorization.
Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

A&P Creative, Inc. may make exceptions in writing at its discretion. Any exception made in one instance does not create an obligation to provide the same or similar exception in the future.

4. Digital Products and Downloadable Content

All digital products and downloadable materials are final sale and non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded, delivered, opened, emailed, or made available, except where required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Templates.
PDFs.
Guides.
Prompt kits.
Business resources.
Digital workbooks.
Digital journals.
Digital planners.
Recordings.
Replay links.
Course materials.
Workshop materials.
AI-assisted materials.
Downloadable content.
Digital bundles.

Because digital products cannot be returned once access is granted, no refunds will be provided for digital products based on change of mind, failure to download, failure to use, dissatisfaction, incompatibility with your software, lack of implementation, or failure to achieve a desired result.

If you experience a technical access issue, you must contact us at admin@aandpcreative.com so we can make a reasonable attempt to assist, such as resending a download link, confirming access, or correcting an administrative error.

For customers located in jurisdictions that provide statutory cancellation rights for digital content, including the United Kingdom or European Economic Area where applicable, digital content may be provided before the end of any statutory cancellation period only where you have given the required consent or acknowledgement, where such consent or acknowledgement is legally required. If immediate access is provided with your consent, your right to cancel may be lost or limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Shirts, Totes, Apparel, Accessories, and Print-on-Demand Products

Shirts, totes, apparel, accessories, and similar merchandise may be returnable only if they are non-custom, non-personalized, not made-to-order, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original condition within the return period.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or print-on-demand products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, materially incorrect, or are otherwise required to be returnable by applicable law.

Examples of final sale merchandise may include:

Made-to-order shirts.
Print-on-demand totes.
Personalized journals.
Custom branded merchandise.
Limited-run items.
Special order items.
Products produced specifically after purchase.
Items marked final sale.

Size selection, color preference, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, failure to review product details, failure to review size charts, or dissatisfaction with a subjective design preference does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or exchange.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

6. Courses, Workshops, Webinars, Events, Consultations, and Private Intensives

Courses, workshops, webinars, events, consultations, strategy sessions, private intensives, and scheduled service offerings involve reserved time, preparation, materials, limited availability, and intellectual property.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, refund or reschedule requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date.

Requests made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date are not eligible for a refund or reschedule unless approved in writing by A&P Creative, Inc.

No refunds will be provided for:

No-shows.
Late arrivals.
Partial attendance.
Failure to attend.
Failure to complete a course or workshop.
Failure to access materials.
Failure to use a purchased service.
Failure to implement recommendations.
Dissatisfaction after participation.
Scheduling conflicts not approved in advance.
Change of mind.
Buyer’s remorse.

A&P Creative, Inc. may, in its discretion, consider a reasonable reschedule request due to documented illness, emergency, unavoidable conflict, weather or safety issue, platform issue, scheduling issue, or another circumstance that A&P Creative, Inc. determines warrants an exception.

Approval of a reschedule, credit, transfer, partial refund, or other accommodation in one instance does not create an obligation to provide the same or similar accommodation in the future.

For customers located in jurisdictions that provide statutory cancellation rights for services purchased online, including the United Kingdom or European Economic Area where applicable, services may begin before the end of any statutory cancellation period only where you have given the required consent or acknowledgement, where such consent or acknowledgement is legally required. If services begin during a statutory cancellation period at your request, you may be responsible for the value of services provided before cancellation to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Custom Projects, Service Packages, Deposits, and Retainers

Custom quoted projects, service packages, strategy projects, consulting packages, creative projects, marketing projects, website projects, AI-assisted projects, automation projects, and other client-specific engagements are not standard retail products.

Fees for custom projects and service packages compensate A&P Creative, Inc. for time, expertise, strategy, preparation, reserved availability, intellectual property, planning, creative work, business judgment, and work performed, not merely for a final physical or digital file.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement or required by applicable law, deposits, retainers, setup fees, strategy fees, custom project fees, service package fees, and work prepared or initiated for a client are non-refundable once the project is accepted, work begins, preparation begins, resources are reserved, or the service period begins.

Client dissatisfaction, change of mind, failure to implement, disagreement with strategic recommendations, delay in providing materials, lack of response, preference changes, third-party platform limitations, or results outside A&P Creative, Inc.’s control do not entitle the client to a refund.

If a client raises a concern in good faith, A&P Creative, Inc. may make reasonable attempts to address the concern within the original scope. Once reasonable attempts have been made, the work shall be considered provided and earned to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Bundles

If you purchased a bundle, all eligible physical items included in the bundle must be returned together in one package and in original condition.

Partial bundle returns are not accepted unless approved in writing by A&P Creative, Inc.

If a bundle includes a digital product, service, workshop, course, template, downloadable product, custom product, made-to-order product, or other final-sale component, that portion of the bundle is non-refundable once access is granted, delivered, scheduled, initiated, customized, produced, or made available, except where required by applicable law.

A&P Creative, Inc. may determine the refundable value of any eligible physical portion of a bundle at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

9. Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior written authorization.

Reason for return.
Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not ship items back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or discarded without refund to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by A&P Creative, Inc.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. A&P Creative, Inc. is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, damaged, postage-due, or untrackable return shipments.

Risk of loss for returned items remains with the customer until the return is received and accepted by A&P Creative, Inc.

11. Inspection and Refund Processing

Once we receive an authorized return, we will inspect the item to determine whether it meets the eligibility requirements.

If the return is approved after inspection, we will process the refund to the original payment method where possible.

Refunds may exclude:

Original shipping and handling fees.
Return shipping costs.
International duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, VAT, GST, or similar taxes.
Gift wrapping or special packaging fees.
Rush processing fees.
Digital or final-sale components.
Used, damaged, incomplete, or non-returnable items.
Discounts, promotional credits, or non-cash adjustments.

Refunds are typically processed within 30 days after the approved return is received and inspected. Your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If the original payment method is no longer valid, unavailable, expired, closed, or unable to receive a refund, A&P Creative, Inc. may, at its discretion, offer store credit or another reasonable resolution where appropriate.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at admin@aandpcreative.com.

Your message must include:

Your full name.
Order number.
Email address used for purchase.
Description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product.
Clear photos of the packaging.
Any other information reasonably requested by A&P Creative, Inc.

A&P Creative, Inc. may, at its discretion and where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, exchange, store credit, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Failure to report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery may result in denial of the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

A&P Creative, Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, undeliverable, refused, returned due to incorrect address, or marked delivered by the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to pick up, or delivery issue outside our control, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, you should contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can review the issue.

A&P Creative, Inc. may assist where reasonable, but carrier delays, carrier errors, porch theft, customs delays, and delivery issues outside our control do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

14. Shipping Delays and Order Fulfillment

A&P Creative, Inc. will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship physical product orders within the timeframe stated at checkout or in the product description.

If no specific shipping timeframe is provided, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Shipping dates, delivery dates, production timelines, and arrival estimates are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as guaranteed in writing.

If shipment is delayed beyond the stated timeframe or applicable default timeframe, A&P Creative, Inc. may contact you with delay information, request consent to the delay where required, offer a revised timeframe, offer cancellation where required, or issue a refund where required by applicable law.

15. International Orders, Returns, and Consumer Rights

We may accept international orders and international returns where available and approved, subject to this policy and applicable law.

International customers are responsible for:

International shipping costs.
Return shipping costs.
Customs duties.
Import taxes.
Brokerage fees.
VAT, GST, or similar taxes.
Currency conversion fees.
Bank fees.
International transaction fees.
Carrier fees.
Any fees imposed by the destination country or financial institution.

Refunds are issued in U.S. dollars. A&P Creative, Inc. is not responsible for exchange rate changes, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, card issuer fees, currency conversion differences, or international processing charges.

A&P Creative, Inc. is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, refused shipments, abandoned packages, country-specific delivery limitations, or items seized, delayed, or returned by customs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns. A&P Creative, Inc. is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or untrackable international return shipments.

If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer cancellation, return, repair, replacement, refund, conformity, or withdrawal rights, nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, final-sale, custom, personalized, made-to-order, digital, service-based, event-based, and already-accessed or already-performed offerings remain non-refundable.

16. UK, European Union, and European Economic Area Customers

If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, European Union, or European Economic Area, you may have mandatory statutory rights that apply to certain online purchases.

For eligible physical goods purchased online, you may have a statutory cancellation period. To exercise any applicable statutory cancellation right, you must notify A&P Creative, Inc. within the legally required period.

Certain products and services may be excluded from statutory cancellation rights or may lose cancellation rights once performance, access, download, customization, personalization, production, or delivery begins with the required consent or acknowledgement. These may include, where permitted by law:

Digital content supplied immediately.
Services that have begun or been fully performed with required consent.
Custom or personalized products.
Made-to-order products.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed for health, hygiene, or similar reasons.
Time-specific events, workshops, courses, webinars, private intensives, or scheduled services where applicable.

Where statutory cancellation rights apply and you validly cancel, you may be responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. If services have already begun at your request, A&P Creative, Inc. may deduct or charge for the value of services provided before cancellation to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

This section applies only to the extent required by applicable UK, EU, or EEA consumer law and does not create additional contractual rights for customers outside those jurisdictions.

17. California and Other United States Customers

A&P Creative, Inc. provides this policy so customers can review return, refund, exchange, cancellation, and final-sale terms before purchase.

For California customers, return and refund limitations should be reviewed before purchase. When a limited or no-refund policy is clearly displayed, refunds and exchanges may not be required merely because a customer changed their mind.

For Florida customers, this policy is intended to provide written notice of A&P Creative, Inc.’s return and refund terms. Florida law requires clear notice where a retail seller offers no cash refund, credit refund, or exchange of merchandise.

Residents of other U.S. states may have additional non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. Marketplace and Third-Party Purchases

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from A&P Creative, Inc. through our official Website or approved official sales channels.

If you purchase A&P Creative, Inc. products through Amazon, Etsy, Printful, a retail partner, an event partner, a marketplace, a third-party platform, or another seller, returns and refunds may be governed by that platform’s or seller’s policies.

A&P Creative, Inc. is not responsible for returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping issues, policy decisions, delays, or customer service actions of unauthorized third-party sellers.

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, resellers, discount retailers, or unauthorized marketplaces are not eligible for return, refund, warranty support, or exchange through A&P Creative, Inc., except where required by applicable law.

19. Subscriptions, Memberships, and Recurring Payments

If A&P Creative, Inc. offers subscriptions, memberships, retainers, recurring services, recurring digital access, or auto-renewing products, the applicable billing and cancellation terms will be disclosed at purchase or in a separate written agreement.

You are responsible for canceling any subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue.

Subscription charges, membership fees, retainers, and recurring access fees that have already been billed are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.

Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges.

20. Fraud, Abuse, Excessive Returns, and Policy Violations

A&P Creative, Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns, deny refunds, cancel orders, revoke access, restrict accounts, void transactions, or limit future purchases if we suspect fraud, abuse, excessive returns, chargeback misuse, unauthorized resale, policy violations, intellectual property misuse, harassment, threats, unsafe conduct, or other improper activity.

A&P Creative, Inc. may also refuse returns or refunds where the item is used, damaged, altered, incomplete, sent without authorization, outside the return period, or otherwise ineligible.

21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact A&P Creative, Inc. at admin@aandpcreative.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to address your concern.

A product or service is not defective, incomplete, or refundable merely because you changed your mind, did not use it, did not attend, did not implement recommendations, experienced buyer’s remorse, disagreed with strategic guidance, were dissatisfied with an outcome, or did not achieve a desired result.

A&P Creative, Inc. may use this policy, our Terms & Conditions, the applicable product description, service description, quote, invoice, registration confirmation, attendance record, access record, communication history, deliverables, shipping records, and reasonable concern-resolution efforts as evidence in response to any chargeback, payment dispute, or complaint.

Improper chargebacks or payment disputes may result in revoked access, canceled services, collection efforts, recovery of fees, and enforcement of A&P Creative, Inc.’s rights.

22. No Guaranteed Results or Satisfaction

A&P Creative, Inc. does not guarantee satisfaction, business results, revenue results, advertising results, platform approvals, legal outcomes, creative approval, implementation success, personal outcomes, or any specific result from any product, service, workshop, course, consultation, private intensive, digital material, custom project, or service package.

Dissatisfaction with a product, service, workshop, course, event, consultation, digital product, strategy recommendation, creative direction, AI-assisted material, custom project, deliverable, or outcome does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund, credit, exchange, replacement service, additional work, or reversal of fees.

23. Changes to This Policy

A&P Creative, Inc. may update, revise, or modify this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes will be effective when posted on the Website unless otherwise stated.

The policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a later policy is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
