Project scope: A focused foundation for one primary business or organization. A 90-day roadmap is the period addressed by the recommendations, not a 90-day production timeline. Does not include formal financial forecasts, audited numbers, extensive independent market interviews, website or logo production, grant applications, legal entity formation or executing every roadmap task.
What to expect
Estimated project delivery is generally 4 to 12 weeks after completed onboarding, receipt of needed documents, content, approvals and agreed payments, depending on complexity and responsiveness. This is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Milestones, revision limits, client responsibilities and final handoff conditions are documented in the signed SOW. Additional work or scope changes are quoted before commencement. Eligible checkout payment options or individualized milestone payments may be available by written agreement.
What is not included
Third-party AI, software and video meeting subscriptions; domain, email or hosting costs; paid apps, ads or premium licenses; third-party specialists; legal, financial or regulatory advice; printing and event expenses unless expressly included. Work for additional organizations or outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. No guarantee of grants, sponsorships, business results, financing or income.
Important terms
Project fees cover the defined planning deliverables, approved preparation and project-specific reserved capacity. Fees earned for delivered or prepared work, contractually reserved capacity and approved nonrecoverable costs are nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Exceptional goodwill refunds or credits may be considered only with written approval of A&P Creative's owner; applicable legal rights and remedies for unprovided services are not restricted. Additional services require written approval. Clients remain responsible for timely scheduling and information. Any rescheduling or cancellation is governed by the signed SOW and the consulting terms.
