What to expect
Monthly clients receive dedicated collaboration time for strategy, research, development and working sessions. Each month begins with agreed priorities. Additional hours are $119/hour with written approval. Monthly hours are prepaid; initial engagements generally require a signed three-month commitment. Unused hours do not carry over unless agreed in writing.
Fixed-fee projects are generally targeted for completion within 4 to 12 weeks after intake, materials, content, approvals and agreed payments are received. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, and varies with project complexity and client responsiveness. Flexible checkout financing for eligible one-time orders or custom written milestone arrangements may be available.
What is not included
Third-party subscriptions and costs such as Zoom, Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, Shopify, hosting, domains, business email, paid apps, premium licenses, advertising, printing and specialist fees are excluded unless expressly stated. Complete websites, logos, legal/tax advice, grant submissions, extensive financial audits and unrelated organizational services require a separately agreed scope. Client-provided policies or contract language must be reviewed by the client's qualified professional where needed; A&P Creative does not provide legal advice or guarantee legal compliance.
Important terms
These are professional services with clearly defined scope and reserved capacity. Fees attributable to completed work, agreed preparation and contractually reserved time are nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Exceptional goodwill refunds or credits may be granted in writing by A&P Creative's owner; this does not limit nonwaivable rights or remedies if contracted services are not provided.
Purchases and service arrangements are subject to the signed statement of work and our Strategic Consulting & Professional Services Terms, Terms & Conditions, and Return Policy. Project changes or separately billable work require prior client approval.
