What to expect

Initial logo concepts are generally shared within 1 to 2 weeks after your questionnaire and required assets are received. Overall completion typically takes 1 to 5 weeks, depending on your package, feedback, revisions and approvals. Timelines are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Once you've purchased a package, we will provide a Logo & Brand Design Intake Questionnaire to gather your business details, audience, visual preferences and existing materials. Your project begins after completed onboarding and a signed services agreement.

Payment options: Eligible payment plans may be available during checkout. Approval, restrictions and repayment terms are determined by the payment provider.

What is not included

Complex illustrations, mascot logos, full visual identity systems, vector or editable source files (SVG and AI), trademark searches or registrations, printing, shipping, special fonts or licenses, photography, additional marketing collateral, and extra design directions are not included unless separately quoted. The $99 package does not include letterhead or business card designs.

New concepts, major redesigns, revisions beyond the selected package and other separately billable work require your written approval before proceeding.

Important terms

Each purchase covers one brand and one selected final logo. Two initial design directions are provided for choosing a concept, not as two fully completed logos. Revisions are consolidated changes to the selected direction, not a completely new design process. Final deliverable rights and project handoff are described in the signed agreement.

Fees earned for completed work and approved project preparation are generally nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Unearned prepaid fees, cancellations and exceptional accommodations are governed by the signed agreement and applicable law. The packages may change for future purchases, but agreed terms for accepted orders remain in place.
