What to expect
Initial design directions are typically provided within 1 to 2 weeks after we receive completed intake information and required assets. Overall completion typically takes 1 to 5 weeks, depending on client feedback, selected package, revision requests and approvals. These are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines.
After checkout: We will provide our Logo & Brand Design Intake Questionnaire to collect your business name, industry, audience, style preferences and any existing assets. We will use your checkout email for onboarding communications. Work begins after the questionnaire, required materials and signed service agreement have been received.
Flexible payment options may be available at checkout, subject to the payment provider's eligibility requirements, approval and terms.
What is not included
Printing, paper, shipping, complex illustration, mascots, animations, photography, typography or artwork licenses, trademark searches or registration, source/vector files including AI and SVG, multiple completed logo directions, and additional brand materials are excluded unless expressly quoted. The $99 package does not include stationery.
Additional concepts, extensive redesigns, extra revision rounds, rush requests and new deliverables require a separate quote and the client's written approval before work begins.
Important terms
Both packages include two initial design directions for selection, not two finalized logos. A revision round means one set of consolidated, in-scope changes to the selected design. New concepts or changes beyond the package scope require a separate written approval. Final permitted use of purchased deliverables is governed by the signed project agreement.
Project-specific preparation and services already performed are generally nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Treatment of unearned prepaid fees, cancellations and exceptional accommodations is governed by the signed agreement and applicable law. Package availability and pricing may change for future orders, without altering accepted orders.
