Scope: Ideal for smaller, focused initiatives. The exact materials we can complete depend on client readiness and the three purchased hours. Comprehensive planning, grant submissions, brand identity production and websites are additional services.

Complimentary new-client bonus

1-HOUR ADDED BONUS: Following receipt of the completed questionnaire and existing organizational records, brand assets, plans, and relevant documents, we offer one complimentary strategic onboarding session. This one-time FREE session is additional to the selected monthly hours. This is an introductory strategy conversation, not a comprehensive free audit or additional deliverable.

How the monthly partnership works

The listed price purchases one full service month of the selected professional hours. An initial three-month commitment is generally required through the signed SOW. Each month is prepaid; this one-time checkout is not currently an automatic subscription. Recurring payments, if offered later, will require separate consent and setup. Work hours include agreed calls, strategy, review, research, drafting, and implementation. Unused hours expire at the end of each service month and do not roll over unless expressly agreed in writing. If A&P Creative cannot make the agreed hours available, we will arrange appropriate makeup time or another remedy required by the contract or law. Approved additional hours are billed at $119 per hour.

What is not included

Third-party AI, software and video meeting subscriptions; domain, email or hosting costs; paid apps, ads or premium licenses; third-party specialists; legal, financial or regulatory advice; printing and event expenses unless expressly included. Work for additional organizations or outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. No guarantee of grants, sponsorships, business results, financing or income.

Important terms

Monthly service fees cover reserved professional capacity and the agreed services for that period. Fees earned for delivered or prepared work, contractually reserved capacity and approved nonrecoverable costs are nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Exceptional goodwill refunds or credits may be considered only with written approval of A&P Creative's owner; applicable legal rights and remedies for unprovided services are not restricted. Additional services require written approval. Clients remain responsible for timely scheduling and information. Any rescheduling or cancellation is governed by the signed SOW and the consulting terms.
